Damaged or Defective Items

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. We are very lenient in resolving cases, so as long as you have proof of the issue, a replacement or a refund will be issued without any hassle.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time depends on your payment provider and typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by an error on our part or a confirmed defective product.
